Trans as Nature

With a new flush of killings of trans men and women I've seen in the news, one needs to retake an account of the so called trans 'issue—'—— how disrespectful it is to make someone's very essence an 'issue'— and to ponder what some of the deeper meanings are of it.

The politics of being transgender are mostly polluted by right-wing media and cultural incitement. Yet there is an underlying transgender nature inherent to humans. Society, however, has innumerable neuroses it inserts according to whatever kind of Adam & Eve ideal, anal perfectionism, gender normativity animates it. The conservatives have a great fear for the erosion of traditional family structures, while some liberals can have a tendency to make progressivism an ideology. Whichever way you approach it, I believe 'transgenderism' is a progressive development within civilization which helps us explore the unity of the sexes and humanity. The more we reconcile the masculine and feminine as one, the better off we will be, and the more people will be able to live according to their individual nature.

Yet as the natural becomes increasingly removed from the human world, humans have proven themselves to react extremely defensively to re-conceptualization of the masculine-feminine archetype. Most notably in how hidebound traditionalists double down on typical gender norms and adopt more violent forms of heteronormativity. Aside from very politically contrived bugaboos like "transgender ideology" within US culture, I think maybe these kinds of people believe that to break the fragile bonds of connection to what is left of our seemingly natural human relations means would only further de-nature us to such a degree that we must repress any divergences from it. Of course the violence against nature, which everyone feels inside of them on this increasingly sterile planet, should not be met by regression to traditionalist ideologies and further violence. Nature seeks out unity and the convergence of its many seemingly divergent elements. As nature itself is repressed, destroyed, and sublimated, so too is the natural convergence and transcendence between the sexes.  Without a living world we will cease to be able to embody what our internal gender provides us. And the more vulnerable transgender and other genderqueer people will be for pursuing the natural inclinations of the psyche which is rooted in the unconscious of the wild.
